7-day money-back guarantee (shared hosting)
If you are not satisfied with your shared hosting plan within 7 days of the first activation, you can request a full refund of the hosting fee. The guarantee applies to first-time orders only and does not cover renewals or upgrades.
VPS plans
VPS plans are provisioned with dedicated resources and are non-refundable once activated. We strongly recommend starting with a monthly plan to evaluate fit before committing to a yearly cycle.
Domain registrations
Domain names are registered through a third-party registry and are non-refundable once registered, even if registered minutes ago. Please double-check the spelling and extension before completing checkout.
Service credits (uptime SLA)
If we fail to meet the uptime target stated in the Terms of Service in a given calendar month, you can request a pro-rated service credit toward your next invoice. Credits are not paid out in cash.
Not eligible for refund
Refunds are not available for: (a) accounts suspended or terminated for violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, (b) renewal charges after the initial guarantee window, (c) any domain registration, (d) services used for more than 7 days, and (e) add-on services already delivered (SSL upgrades, migrations, custom work).
How to request
Email us via the contact page or message us on WhatsApp with your order reference and a brief reason. We typically respond within one business day and process approved refunds back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we will almost always resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback before contacting support may result in immediate account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
